Grinnell College is very proud to have so many partners. And that's why we Global Envoys can help students with that. We're able to kind of narrow down what are some of the interests that you wish to pursue? So programs such as directly enrolling into a institution that is outside of Grinnell, or you can also apply to a somatic program. Here at Grinnell, there's many off-campus studies, especially if you are interested in domestic programs. Like for me, I'm going to be a student who will be traveling to Washington DC, in my second semester of my third year. In that program, not only do I get to be in an environment where I'm surrounded by like-minded peers, but also able to engage in an internship. There are two major resources for Grinnell students to kind of get involved in off-campus study. One is the Institute for Global Engagement. And although it's called "Global Engagement," they help students find off-campus study opportunities that are domestic as well, and the Center for Careers, Life, and Service. So you'll have an individualized advisor within the Center for Careers, Life, and Service, who will get to know you, your interests, what you want out of your four-year education at Grinnell, whether you want to partake in off-campus study, go abroad, stay domestic, partake in internships, or externships, really different opportunities and they'll email you and keep in touch with you throughout your four years.
