Grinnellians overall I feel like are a very active bunch of people. And also just very motivated to help each other stay strong, whether that's physically or mentally. Some of the resources are SHA which is "Student Health and Wellness." They have different counseling services and there's also a wellness lounge. And that's a space where you can go and do puzzles or play games. They also have a massage chair, which is really awesome. There's options for students to be involved in clubs, sports, or intramurals. There's a big Frisbee team on campus which is pretty popular, water polo is another, and then other intramural options like badminton or racquetball, things like that. Which I think is a fun way for people to maybe learn a new skill. If you wanted to stay active, you can definitely check out the Bear. The Fitness Center has a lot of equipment. I really enjoyed going there with my friends. We get on the treadmill or jump rope or lift weights, anything basically to keep you in shape or just you know, doing it for your well-being as well as enjoyable. There's a lot of bike trails on campus as well. They really take rides together or they go longboarding skateboarding. If you're walking around campus, you'll see people doing that all the time. It's really fun and enjoyable experience and a great way to hang out with your friends.
